We’re delighted to be running a series of online workshops on a range of practices which can support your mental health. The first one is about creative writing and takes place on Friday May 22 at 2pm.
Writing can be a helpful way to manage your mental health and share your ideas, especially during lockdown. But it can be hard to get started. This workshop is a chance to try some fun, relaxed exercises to get you started with expressing yourself and your ideas through writing.
You don’t need to have any experience and you don’t have to share what you write (although it would be lovely to hear from you).
We’re running the event on zoom. You can join through video or just using your voice. Once you sign up, we’ll send you the link for the workshop as well as a password.

We look forward to welcoming you along! In the meantime, you have any questions or you need any support to take part, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Mental illness has featured strongly in my life!
