We’ve heard from a couple of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy trainees who are running a free stress management group as part of their training.
They are welcoming people who are having difficulty with any of the following:
anxiety, low mood, panic, sleep problems, stress
Venue: Centre of Therapy 8 Newton Place Charing Cross, Glasgow
